Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our highest priority here at Nala. Nala empowers women through a paid sewing program. Therefore, you may see slight imperfections as we continue training our seamstresses in the art of sewing. Please let us know if you are not satisfied and we will do everything we can to solve any issues with the garment. Our return and exchange policies are below!
- Returns on unworn, unwashed garments are allowed if you send the product back to Nala within 20 days of the original shipping date. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping back to Nala/FTW and refunds will be issued through the original payment method as soon as Nala/FTW receives the product. If purchased online, we will we refund the garment price through Paypal. This transaction may take up to 30 days depending on your card carrier.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All sales on items that are on final markdown (end of the season sales) cannot be returned and are final.

- If you are interested in exchanging a product for a different size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Because of the uniqueness of some of our garments, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to exchange the item you purchased for a different size, especially in our Tie-Dye Collection. If another size is available, Nala does allow exchanges if the garment is unworn and in new condition. Customer must cover shipping back to Nala/FTWs and include an additional $7.25 to cover the shipping cost of sending the new product to you. The right size will be shipped out after the garment is received in store.
- Any item that was purchased on an end-of-the-season sale cannot be exchanged.

- If the product you receive has a defect in garment construction, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace your product at no additional charge!
